1. In-Depth Consultation & Preparation

We start by listening. We’ll discuss your vision, the mood you want to create, and your practical needs. Then, we conduct a full assessment of your walls, woodwork, and ceilings, identifying any cracks, damp, or old paint issues that need addressing before a single brush is lifted.

2. The Art of Preparation

This is our non-negotiable secret.

• Protect Your Belongings: Full coverage of floors, furniture, and fixtures with quality dust sheets.
• Surface Repair: Filling cracks, sanding down rough patches, and sealing stains to create a perfectly smooth canvas.
• Key Surfaces: We “key” gloss work (lightly sanding shiny surfaces) so the new paint has something to grip onto, preventing flaking.
• Sanding & Cleaning: We sand all surfaces and wipe them down to remove every speck of dust, ensuring a clean, adhesive surface for the paint.

3. The Finishing Touches

• Spot-On Priming & Undercoating: We never skip the primer. It’s essential for coverage, colour trueness, and durability, especially on new plaster or when making dramatic colour changes.
• Skilful Application: Using the best brushes, rollers, and techniques for a seamless, streak-free finish. We take our time on the details—cutting in crisp lines where walls meet ceilings and skirting boards.
• The Final Coat(s): We apply the topcoat with precision, ensuring even coverage and a beautiful, consistent sheen across the entire room.
